“Great hand over everything explained in detail very happy with the caravan would definitely buy from lady Bailey again. On my wish list is a grade 3caravan so I can use it in winter but that's in the future. My number plate fell off after leaving Wareham forest camp site but I would give them10out 10”

“Great service, friendly helpful staff, feel I could phone anytime and ask for advice. I also love my new caravan! Les and the rest of the team were really great to deal with. I would certainly recommend Lady Bailey. Great accessory shop too.”

“Very impressed with the way we were treated and we could not fault the handover at all . We are really enjoying our new caravan and are looking forward to many trouble free holidays. At the moment the only thing to go wrong was a number plate that fell off.”

“We were let down badly by the Bailey Factory in Bristol and were told after having waited 4 months and being given two different delivery dates that they could not make the model of Pursuit we wanted because of a problem with parts. Simon at Lady Bailey was brilliant, he managed to find the van we wanted at another dealership, purchased it and had it brought to their site at Blandford. On the day we arrived to take our new van home Les and Nigel were very kind and extremely thoughtful. (True professionals). Although we live over 200 mile from Blandford we will still take our van to them every year for servicing. Thank you for everything. Pauline & Adrian Leeds, Suffolk”

“Picked up our new Unicorn Valencia on the 4th July. Very pleased with the hand over. Everything explained clearly. Fantastic caravan. Super service from Les and the team again. Second new caravan purchase from Lady Bailey. We have had Excellent service from the sales team and the service department over the last six years. Well done Lady Bailey.”

“Really thorough handover with Nigel - above and beyond what we had expected. Lots of useful tips. Everything had been carefully tested and checked over before handover. We had a great weekend in Wareham. Such a useful opportunity to check everything out especially as we are newbies to caravanning. Thanks to everyone at Lady Bailey.”

“This is our second caravan purchased from Lady Bailey, which confirms how much we appreciate the company and the team. The whole experience is made as easy as possible from order to collection. We have also purchased the 3 year servicing package (as we did with our previous caravan) which is great value. Even though we live in London, it is worth our while booking in with Lady Bailey for the annual service pre or post one of our holidays. Jerry and his team are always extremely helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Lady Bailey for sales or servicing. Great team.”

“The overal service that we revived has been very good. We have had a few teething problems with our new van but the after sale has been very good, Dawn and Jez have sorted any issue straight away And always returned my call. Overall I have been impressed and would recommend Lady Bailey to a friend.”

“The first caravan I have ever purchased over the phone. I was not disappointed. Brilliant two nights in Wareham Forest Caravan Park courtesy of LadyBailey while they switched mover over. Signed up to 3 year service plan as so impressed. Thanks Simon and Nigel especially but also to all the helpful staff.”

“Picked up our brand new Bailey Ancona on Saturday and cannot speak highly enough of the lovely man who did the handover. We are new to caravaning and he was extremely patient and happy to pass on his wealth of experience. He went right though the van inside and out advising us of how things worked and giving us some top tips. I am sorry I don't know this lovely mans name but I am sure Lady Bailey know exactly who I'm speaking of and will pass our thanks.”

“Excellent help and service once again. Third time we have bought a new caravan from LadyBailey over the last ten years, even though we had to travel 300 miles to do it. The staff are all excellent from Les and Nigel dealing with sales through to Rita in the Accessory Shop. The caravan was all prepped properly - full marks to the workshop team - and we had a couple of most enjoyable days at Wareham Forest (superb site, also with a lovely, helpful team) before making an uneventful 300 mile journey back home. Full marks to the whole team. Good value, excellent help, first class handover, and the added benefit of a stay at Wareham Forest. 600 miles return journey may sound excessive when there are more local dealers, but it was absolutely worth it. “My Wife & I visited Lady Bailey Caravans to checkout the 2016 pegasus models - all the ones we were interested in were on display. Members of staff were all helpful & friendly. On the day of pickup, Les was his usual helpful friendly self in spite of suffering a cold & sore throat. Later the accessory shop made huge efforts to progress a delivery of a towing cover that had been delayed & offered a discount on an alternative that was in stock. The new bailey Modena was prepared to a good standard & hand over was accompanied by a detailed run through. Many thanks Lady Bailey!”
