“ When the caravan was delivered it was immaculate, the delivery man (Dave?) was most helpful and the handover went very smoothly. ”

“ In our case the carpets were not fit for purpose no 24mtr lead was provided, no jack for the Alko frame, and no wheel brace, therefore the caravan was not fully roadworthy at the time of delivery, we were left to install the hydraulic unit without a clue how to operate the controls in pouring rain and the caravan was jacked up for ALKO LOCKS and remained up for three hours whilst half the campsite helped to eventually lower the unit followed by a 20-mile drive to get a mains lead. ”

“ We rate 3 stars, for clients that paid in full there was no discount in any any, no offers whatsoever, charged us for delivery and was not mentioned, the wheel cover of our new brand awning (bought together with the caravan) does not fit in, some cupboards needed attention and some other little bits that could only be noticed once it was all delivered and put together. ”
