The team always include free Dermalogica samples and my most recent order contained a luxurious shampoo sample by way of introduction to a new brand. Prices are competitive and they run regular promotions that offer even better value. 5* from me!”

I'm really sorry your order has been delayed in the post. We shipped your order less than 24 hours after we received it over the Black Friday weekend. We use Royal Mail 48 which normally takes about 5 working days, and at this time of year won't be any sooner. We are on working day 6 today and hoping you will receive your parcel any time soon. Royal Mail does not offer constant tracking for Economy mail, only confirmation of when the order has been received by them and when it has been delivered. We will monitor your order.
