“Lamp arrived very well packed but took two weeks from date of order. Lamp was for use in my ceiling fan lights up but does not dim. Decided to keep it as fan is mounted high up and l had to borrow staging to fit it.”

“I never recieved the lightbulbs,abd you refused to refund me,im going to trading standards because I have proof the order was delivered elsewhere, the parcel didn't have my correct address on it either, PayPal also refused my claim saying it has been delivered, unfortunately it was NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS,or anywhere near my address, check the address on the parcel label and check the address you should of sent it to.Its disgraceful that you treat customers this way,I entered into contract with you as soon as i paid for the parcel ,it's then your responsibility to ensure the correct address is on the parcel label and to ensure I receive the goods I paid for or recieve a full refund, the amount paid was minimal but because of the way ive been treated by you and PayPal I'm taking whatever steps necessary to either recieve the goods or recieve a full refund. I have proof that I never received the goods. I'm disgusted with your company.”

“Unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock, though this did not appear on your website, nor was I informed of the situation. I waited around 2 weeks before contacting you and received an apology and an option to wait until May for new stock. I declined and got a refund and ordered similar light bulbs. These arrived eventually, but I had quite a wait, without being warned in advance there would be a delay. I really was expecting better service from your company.”
