Unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock, though this did not appear on your website, nor was I informed of the situation. I waited around 2 weeks before contacting you and received an apology and an option to wait until May for new stock. I declined and got a refund and ordered similar light bulbs. These arrived eventually, but I had quite a wait, without being warned in advance there would be a delay. I really was expecting better service from your company.
