“Great experience ordering and the delivery was fast and efficient even in these strange lockdown times. Product looks great in the box but am waiting for building work to be finished before it hangs in all its glory.”

“Michael was super helpful and responded to my change of order so quickly! Sorting the refund and sending my new order straight away. Over the last year I have been dealing with so many customer service teams from different companies - needing refunds or replacements for broken furniture etc - and they have often been so unhelpful or dragged out the process, so it is lovely to be able to have such a smooth process with this company!
