“Definitely a learning curve for some one whoās not a make up wearer. The length was a little too long even though I followed the guidelines. I think once I get more comfortable applying them Iām gonna love them.”

I would give the website only 2 stars: itās difficult to navigate and itās easy to get ālostā. Today I put 3 products in my shopping bag, but then I couldnāt check out: ānot validā or, something. Oh, well, Iāll try again later.”
“Sorry only three stars. Love the concept but there is a bit of a learning curve. Application is easy but most of the items in the starter kit will go unused. It's costly to get the additional items that will provide results that work. I'm Finally getting the lashes to last longer than 20 hours - so there's progress. Haven't seen much difference in the various types of lashes either.”
“I love the look of the lashes but they only stayed on 1 day. Iām going to do some research from the Facebook page and try to get tips to how to make them last longer. Some people are getting 9 days and thatās why I bought them.”
“I'm loving Lashify and it's customer service, including the FB group and the 1:1 I did. I'm getting better at application, but have struggled with getting them to stay. As of now, I have only used B's and E's. The B's have been really comfortable. I found the E's to be really uncomfortable. The thicker spine was too much for me. I'm not giving up though!”

“Love the product. The website and app could use better functionality. I tried to order from the app, changed my mind of what I wanted and was unable to do so. Also the subscription Lux Box is hard to update items and change frequency. I've been able to work through the website but the app needs work.”

“I like some of the products very much. The softer lashes in 12 and 14mm lengths, the Whisper Light Flex bond and Glass clear coat are all must-haves. However, the Melt Away adhesive remover didn't work at all and the Bondage adhesive was no stronger than the Whisper Light. I find the return policy to be extremely unreasonable - basically, you can't return anything, even unopened products. It's hard to tell, from the pictures, what the differences are between all the different lashes so you have to experiment a lot to find what you like. At $12 to $20 a pop, experimenting can be very expensive. I'm not experimenting anymore. I think Lashify would make more money if they offered some smaller packages at lower prices so people felt better about trying more lash types and if they allowed unopened packages to be returned.”
“If I was writing the review on the products I would give a 10/10 but the shipping is a slow. I would also like to be able to see multiple angles of items I want to purchase on the app instead of clicking the bag and seeing a very far snap shot of the product.”
“I feel like you do save money with these when compared to getting your lashes done at a salon. My only complaint is that itās hard getting the lashes back on once they fall off. I know they say not to re-use them, but Iām literally talking about if one just falls off the same day. You canāt put it back on unless you apply a heavy amount of glue. Long story short- unless your applying the set for the first time on your clean lashes, pray one doesnāt fall off.. even if itās like two hours later, it will be hard to re-apply.”
“Lashify came highly recommended so I was eager to do my own lashes! My products came but I was expecting the bond to come with the "bundle" I ordered. This leads me to believe the website isn't user friendly to those who are new to the lashify experience (those of us who had to figure it out ourselves) There's no clear information on what all is needed for a first time buyer as everything is either a la carte or "bundled", but not paired with the bond agent clearly.
I will still order my bond however, because I'm excited to be able to do my own lashes that last as long as extensions at the shop!
I would just suggest that the website is more user friendly.
I'll leave another review as soon as my bond comes!”
