I was skeptic at first, yet I kept watching ads until I ordered a Control Kit. How did I not know Lashify has been around a couple of years?! I am addicted, absolutely love the many looks I can create, on my time, even if it’s 3 am! The lashes and products, packaging, support, training tools and the customer service are all first class! THANK YOU!!

Shipping is great. I tried calling the 1800 number to ask a question... was then put on hold for 20 min .... then hung up on. Products are great ... just not the customer service.

I am totally satisfied with the lashes, although need some help getting them to stay on more than two days. I had a problem with damage before delivery, however am happy to say that customer service was extremely helpful in quickly replacing the missing items.

Love Lashify. Their system, they customer service, all their products are simply the best. You can't go wrong with any. Some might say it's pricey, but totally worth it!!! You have so many options to save and look 😍 Great best investment ever. You won't regret it and you'll never go back to whatever you were using or doing before.

I used to do lash extensions every now and then, but they always ruined my lashes. Since discovering Lashify I'm addicted to this system. It works amazing and stays on. The service is excellent including a 1:1 when you buy the control kit is such good costumer service and helped me so much in placement and bond technique.

Best lashes I’ve found so far. Easy on and easy to remove. Look natural and don’t irritate my eyes. My only feedback is that there is WAY too much packaging the lash shipments. I have the subscription service and it always blows me away how much wasted packaging there is. Any way to reduce ? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love the Gossamers but my latest order has been literally sitting with in the warehouse for 14 days. Online status says the order has been processed but NO ONE IS SHIPING IT. I have had to go buy a different brand to hold me over. VERY disappointing. Orders always take for ever even when I have paid extra for quicker service. Gossamers are a 10, the service is a 0

Quality of lashes are above all competition. What really has been the game changer for me? The customer service has been easy to get a hold of when something happens. The customer service reps are super nice as well. With that said, I’ve been a customer for several years and luckily I rarely need to contact CS as I haven’t had many issues that needed to be resolved.
