“Lovely well made dresses. Ordered a selection for my daughters proms. All beautiful dresses. Returned the ones not suitable and has to chase refund but customer services were very efficient and gave us a voucher due to having to chase. Would not hesitate to order again.”

“I recently ordered 3 dresses for a special occasion - 1 gold (in my usual size), 2 in silver in 2 different sizes (my usually size plus a size up). I found the dresses were true to size which isn't common in a lot of shops these days so ended up keeping the colour I preferred. I returned the other dresses simply because I didn't have any need for them for a particular occasion I was shopping for. The refund process was really swift - I emailed in to chase the refund even though I had only recently sent items back and the company refunded me promptly which was really helpful and appreciated.”

“Amazing customer service delivery was excellent even when postal strikes were on items were fantastic prices £10 special they should do more very long some items as I’m 5ft 3 but nothing a good seem mistress can’t sort out”

“I have got couple of items from this website and they are lovely. The material and the packaging are all fab. I love my items even though my exchange took couple of days but as soon as I got in touch with them, Amanda replied and l got my item the following day. Amanda is such a nice lady. I will recommend this website and will be using it more often. Thanks”

“Returned a dress and hadn’t received my refund after the 15 working days. Maybe an issue with it being over the Xmas and new year period. A call to customer service and it dealt with straight away and email send saying refund had been processed and 20% discount code 🙂”
