“So I thought I’d just slap a stock image, but NOPE, these guys legit treated cover like branding. They asked about genre, mood, and target audience, then sent me 3 drafts. Each had custom typography (not those default Word fonts lol). They did front and spine and back layout, and even placed the barcode in the right spot. Colors were CMYK ready for print, plus they gave me a separate ebook cover version (JPEG 1600px width). I asked for font change twice, and they were cool with it. Communication was quick they even sent PSD and PNG files in case I ever want to tweak later. Super professional but casual vibes.”

“After editing, I still needed a fresh perspective. Proofreader combed through every page for grammar, punctuation, and consistency (like British vs American spelling). Even checked spacing, page breaks, and hyphen use. Found 3 errors in my manuscript that slipped past me and the software. They sent a “proofed version” and a final clean copy. “Getting an author website done with Lawrence Publishers was surprisingly chill and efficient. They handled everything from domain setup to layout design giving me a homepage, bio, book pages and a blog section. The site works well on phones and laptops which is a big plus. The team constantly checked in updating me on progress and asked for feedback before any final changes. I was able to request adding social media buttons and a newsletter signup easily. Plus they did some SEO basics to help my site get found on Google better. The whole site was ready in about 2 weeks which felt super quick for a custom build. Definitely helps me look more legit as an author online.”

“Writing nonfiction can get boring real quick if not done right LOL but this team knows how to keep it sharp and still informative. I gave them a bunch of research and messy bullet points and they turned it into a proper structured manuscript that flowed like a real published book. They helped shape the chapters, added solid transitions, and kept the tone just how I wanted, professional but not dry. Every revision was quick and spot on. They even added relevant stats and examples that made it way stronger. Communication was mad smooth throughout. Honestly I didn’t expect it to turn out this clean. If you are stuck with a nonfiction idea or halfway draft these folks can totally bring it to life.”
