“I had a conversation about what I was looking for with Abbie. Advised I was running out of space in my two bed flat with my young family and was then sent details of one bed properties and a five bed property that was £700 above our advised budget. I also had to ask a number of times about the property that I had originally asked to view as Abbie had forgotten”
