I was told I dont meet the preference due to me being a self employed for less than 3 years.

Disappointed that with two guarantors (mortgage free) that my daughter who is a student on DSS is unable to find a property to rent. Agency was polite. Due to this discriminatory treatment I will join others by selling our property elsewhere.

Because I'm a single parent who works part time looking a place registered with a bunch of dss sites but when I go to view them they say no dss. I just need someone to help me and give me a chance I'd make a great tenant not a trouble maker let me know if u can help thanks. Jaimey-lee johnson

The gentleman was nice and polite. But the company would do better if they accepted housing Benefit claimants.

I called back and it was not the person who intially called me. Arranging viewing became tentative rather than a supposedly a faster transaction.

I felt the person I spoke to was quite brusque and could have taken more time to listen. There wasn’t really much in the way of friendliness or communication, therefore I will think very carefully before I speak to anyone in the office again.
