“We have been dealing with Patrycja Tkaczyk (Pat) from the Hitchin office while finding somewhere to move in to. She has been nothing short of fantastic! Great communication and best of all interacted with us like normal people unlike many other estate agents who act superior and arrogant. In addition to this the referencing process have been far superior to others i have had to endure through my 10+ years of renting. Generally no one rents by choice and it can be a incredibly stressful experience but this has not been one of those times.”
