“The process of making the design was seamless. Almost 22 dollars for shipping seemed a bit much. Even though the tags are cheaper here, with the shipping it is almost the same price as other sites, there shipping prices are half what you charge. This was as truthful as a comment as I could make to maybe let you know how the public views things. But I look forward to seeing the tags, I'm sure they will look great!”
