“Very little social distancing, and when I mentioned it, the other person swore at me. Staff only interested in putting stock on shelves. Shall go back to ALDI where staff are friendly and customers more 'civilized'.”
“Have just been to Lidl Lincoln road peterborough. The time was 7pm. There was no one to stop people streaming in, no social distancing in place only at the tills. People were all over the place it was very frightening. I feel very sorry for the staff working there. I have normally shopped there but have been unable to shop for myself for a few weeks. Needless to say I will not go there again as they are putting customers and their staff at risk. Other shops are managing the amount of people going in why are you not doing this?”
“I witnessed staff being rude to a man who wanted by two packs of toilet rolls. The one pack was taken from him with not very nice comment. I do understand that for some products restrictions should be put in place. But l believe customers have right to be treated with respect and appropriate explanation should be given. The Man accepted that paper roll was taken from him with no issue why staff could not be more polite. If the staff can't deal with pressure maybe they should not work with customers.”
“This is a good store in Woodston and very popular, very friendly staff and checkouts are quicker than some stores, nice fridge and freezer section and fresh fruit. Smell of new backed products is mouthwatering and lovely pastries. Good parking but does get busy.”
