“Hi! Spoke on the telephone tonight with John who helped me save over £200 a year on my life insurance policy. Shame I struggled to chat on line with my present supplier .... I am a loyal customer who became frustrated when trying to speak with my present supplier (Covid-19 Accepted). Well done John.”
