“Great product but the change in packaging to individually wrapped in a box is very inconvenient when being used to treat a hypoglycemic event, the loss of dexterity from the hypo makes it unsuitable. The tabs in the pots are ideal please keep them.”

“Product is first class. Packaging, tubs, is ideal and keeps contents clean and uncrushed. Delivery not as good! Only after contacting customer services did we receive our order after waiting a week for original order which did not arrive as promised in 48 hours.”

“Didn’t actually receive what I ordered in the end so I’m not sure about the product but I can say customer service is pretty terrible. My delivery didn’t make it to me and Lift didn’t do anything to resolve it, in the end they just stopped emailing- very disappointing”
