“I really try not to provide negative feedback. However...... The light fitting was smaller than I expected, and the output not nearly bright enough. So I have now moved it to a smaller area and bought higher wattage for four of the five LED bulbs (only around 50p each) and it's fine now. I bought TWO fittings. The second one is really only bright enough to be used in the downstairs closet. No problem to instal. No delay in delivery. The actual fitting is as pretty as I'd hoped. Perhaps I didn't do my homework, but my only contention is the level of lighting is way below what I expected and for that I do feel disappointed.”

“Given it Very Poor because I couldn't believe the huge FedEx box (1 foot square, 2 inches deep, complete with heavy duty bubble wrap) for an item that was a single 4" piece of wire a couple of millimetres in width. Absolutely bonkers, the packaging department must be inhabited by complete numbskulls who don't give a stuff about the environmental impact of their actions. Haven't you heard of a small jiffy bag?”

“Good advice and delivery quicker than expected. One light out of stock so they said 1 week back order but actually came in 2/3 days. Excellent.”

“First it took too long for delivery,Amazon and other internet cos deliver within 48 hrs. Second we ended up with the wrong product, two very similar products were listed with similar part nos. How we ordered the wrong one, I don't know but I can't be bothered with the returns policy and conditions etc. Too much hassle. So we have paid £30 and not got satisfaction.”

“Recently started dealing with the company and have found it very easy to use website order products. The parts were dispatched same day and arrived the following day with excellent constant information on when the delivery could be expected. Overall found the whole process seamlessly excellent and will be using them again”

“Products arrived within about 1 week. However that is because they did not have sufficient stock to meet our request. We were informed of this very quickly and kept up to date with what was happening. Goods arrived within the timescale originally expected. Fully satisfied with the service.”

“Was disappointed when I actually saw my lamp. Didn't think it looked anything as nice as it did in picture so wanted to send back - returns policy dreadful. Have never had such a problem returning a product and it has cost me £20 in postage.”
