“Lovely light. Poor after sales service. 2 of the light bulbs went immediately. Still waiting for a call back from Paul's. The light fitting cost £153 and the same day it was fitted I spent £5 on new bulbs!”

“After looking at various sites for ceiling and wall lights and comparing prices, Lighting by Paul were best by far for price, plus as a bonus I found a discount voucher which made it even better. Free delivery on my purchases and courier gave a two hour window for delivery and arrived five minutes into it. Items well packaged and would use company again when required.”

“speedy delivery and very well packaged. Item itself was good quality but a bit of a nightmare to assemble.. was looong, still one of them is up now and looks pretty good. overall im very happy but would be nice to have a bloke to put it together, we girls are just too busy”

“I cannot recommend Lighting By Paul too highly. I bought two wall lights which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately the relatively fragile glass shade on one of them was broken inside a load of bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box inside the light fitting's carton. There was no visible damage to any of the boxes. E mailed fault report to Lighting By Paul and they arranged for a replacement to be sent by the manufacturer. Excellent service particularly when there was a problem.”

“The lights that I bought cost me £90 plus pounds each. But the quality of the finish was extremely poor. If I did not know better I would very easily have assumed that it was made in China. It has not been set up yet but I don't think I am going to be very impressed! In total the quality for what I paid for was disproportionate.”
