“In my opinion, Martin & Margaret built up a superbly run business, beginning in the early years of being in the trade myself. Almost always very happy with our association, & along with another company I dealt with, always in FATG surveys put them first for service. Apart from a few minor imperfections, particularly I think due to transition of management, I am still delighted to recommend Lion PFS to everyone appropriate. Including framing neighbours here in France where I now live & work (on a limited basis). I believe Martin & Margaret now also spend time in France, & are welcome to visit, along with anyone else from Lion ! (see Gall06)”

“Always a very good service, occasionally i will experience an issue with chop moulding but it is always resolved quickly and i'm always contacted to confirm when my order is ready for collection. John in the chop department is excellent in terms of his service and customer approach, and I have always been welcomed by Allan and Hubert (when he was at the counter) when i have collected from the counter. Delivery service is excellent too. Stock control seems good as I rarely have a situation where something is not available for my orders.”
