“On this occasion LionPic service was not up to its normal standard. My order was placed on Friday 10th, invoice received and paid on Monday 13th, goods received on Saturday 18th with items missing!”

“Very good choice of quality supplies, friendly website and staff, however choice of carrier often disappoints with poor handling of goods with pieces do arrive damaged too often and even overnight delivery occasionally arrives after business hours..”

“Service is good except the packaging of moulding, which almost every delivery is now coming with the parcel partially wrapped. Usually the middle section of corrugated card is missing.”

“A bit disappointed with being able to order support bars for stretcher bars only to find out they can’t be used for it, as they do not have notches for it. And they are only for sizes above 700mm etc. Unsure why you would offer these as they cannot be used. Otherwise happy with the rest of the order.”

“Lion offer the best mouldings in terms offer value for money and range. I approve of the lower minimum order of £50. Could improve on service when issues arise. Have to jump through hoops when got fualty mouldings and always sent duplicate Credit Notes and sometimes several that don't make sense and are not explained, just sent as attachments.”

“Most of my order was as it should be but I ordered a bundle of cardboard corners (1544A RS 3 CORNERS 3/4" / 18mm 900 / 1 Bundle) which came on a sheet to be popped out by me but out of the 900 corners at least 80 of the corners I had to cut out with a scalpel because they were not cut as they should be. I phoned to complain and I got a totally indifference response, bad sales practice”

“The product looks solid & sturdy and once painted, should look good. One criticism is that the routing left a rough edge that we had to sand down. If you could finish the routed edges using a sanding system, that would be helpful. Also, I expect like me there are customers out there who would be prepared to pay a little extra for sealed panels that one can easily paint.”

“Having got the catalogue I looked up the other products in the Dalermount board range. The pricing structure on page 54 is difficult to correlate with page 56 but both list conservation, polar white, Ingres D3700 at £4.48 per sheet. My order (Inv.1114137) for conservation, polar white, Ingres D3700 has my invoice discounted cost at £5.50.”

“The products arrived in good condition but the online ordering was a bit of a strange experience. I like seeing exactly how much I will get charged. I'm not a fan of the rounding up method. I'm a small business and need to careful with the LION ordering method.”
