“Lion have a huge range of framing materials - I love looking though their catalogue even though my needs are rather mediocre! When ordering moulding - their chop service is really efficient and arrives quickly with good attention to time details of delivery. I will be in touch again soon as I need to order some of their mountboard.”

“Been using Lion for years, and can honestly say i have never had any complaints against the company. If ever there is a problem, its always sorted immediately and any replacements required sent out over night without any question. Highly recommend this company to anyone with an interest in quality framing products and first class customer service.”

“I have always found Lion staff very helpful, whether with initial orders or with a problem with mouldings that can occur sometimes. The range of framing supplies is second to none - I wish Lion had a delivery service for glass etc, then they would be a one stop supplier. Gold Star Framing”

“The picture framing industry is still very much a 'cottage' industry with haphazard supply, stock availability, product information and vague pricing. We use Lion because they have non of these issues and provide a professional service from product information in their catalogue to ordering and deliveries, well done them!”

“Ever since my first order with Lion 29/9/1998 (I keep my invoices !) I have nothing but praise for Lion and its staff. The product range offered by Lion cannot be beaten. I only wish there was a Lion in Worcester. However I enjoy the journey over there and looking around to see what's new. The new Click and Collect service is excellent, and any questions I have are always answered cheerfully by the excellent Customer Services Team. Kind regards Alan Yates”

“Using the on-line system to place an order was very straightforward. However due to an error on my part it was necessary to correct the quantity ordered for one of the items. I telephoned the sales team and a very helpful person made the necessary adjustment. the order was processed and delivered promptly.”

“When service is more important than price Lion comes top every time. If the website says the item is in stock you can be sure of a speedy delivery. Prices are always competitive even if they are not always the cheapest and the range of products is simply the best from a single source. We use a number of wholesalers but there are some items that you can only get from Lion.”

“A great selection of mouldings and fixings available. I've always had a good help whenever there has been an issue with damaged or warped mouldings being sent to me. I still use a local supplier for all of my glass, mountboard, backing board and sundries as they offer a much lower minimum order requirement which can also be mixed, i.e £15 of mouldings, £20 of mountboard to make up one order, whereas with Lion the minimum £50 moulding (+vat) which can sometimes be a stretch when I don't have the orders in to make up the amount. That being said I still think Lion provide an excellent service and its not that much of an inconvenience”

The range they carry is staggering - the delivery has been faultless and the website really easy to use. I've meet a few of the people at various trade shows and they're really approachable and very helpful. I can't really find fault with the whole operation as I've experienced it so far ...”
