“I have had nothing but great service from Lion over the past few years. Competitively priced and efficient with a great range of products. My only (very) slight criticism of my last order is that it was given an expected delivery date of the 11th to the 12th of October whereas it arrived on the 10th. Not a problem, you may think, except that I cannot man the workshop 5 days a week due the way my business works therefore had I not happened to check the tracking details I would have missed the delivery! If possible in the future it would be good if you used a courier who could be tracked more closely so that us smaller boys can sort out our days more presicely! Still, I will still continue to use Lion as I think that they are a great company.”

On the delivery date front; if when placing an order there is a day that suits you better you can request that and we will get that sorted for you. “Having looked at the website, I decided to contact the company for more information. A short telephone call clarified all I needed to find out, and the conversation was cheerful, very helpful and most polite, offering suggestions and information I had not even considered. Needless to say, I confirmed the order details, and the items arrived a couple of days later. The machine ( U200 Underpinner ) has been assembled and I am looking forward to mastering the art of producing my own frames. I would recommend Lion PFS to anyone who is involved in setting up their own framing enterprise!”

“Outstanding product quality and service throughout. The materials are exactly what appears in the website and catalogues, the quality of each moulding is better than expected. The chop shop are legends, perfectly mitred cuts throughout and the delivery and packaging was great. To cap it all, Lion’s staff were helpful over the phone too. I will be using them from now on and would happily encourage others to do the same. Oh, and the prices are reasonable.”

“I wanted replacement blades for a Dexter mount cutter. Lion was one of the only distributors where I could find this product as the cutter is from an American supplier. The minimum order charge of £50 was a stumbling block for some time but on looking through the vast range of available products I realised there were other useful articles that I could obtain. Delivery was quick, excellent packaging protected the goods and so one very satisfied customer.,”

“I have bought the STAS hanging system from Lion twice now, it’s an excellent product and Lion provide all the relevant parts at a competitive price. The website is very easy to navigate to ensure you get what you need, and the ordering process is hassle free. The delivery is great, things are always well packaged, so I’ve had nothing damaged.”
