“LION Picture Framing CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been using "Lion" since our company started picture framing. Their customer service is outstanding & nothing is too much trouble. If you have a problem, then they will really go out of their way to find a solution for you. TECHNICAL HELP If you need to speak to the technical department or the actual framers, then this is not a problem if you want something unusual or you're just not sure of something. QUALITY STANDARDS We now buy mostly "chop" frames from Lion, These are always cut perfectly & to the size you specify. We would now NEVER dream of using anything but the chop service now. With Lion, we guarantee you will have no issues whatsoever. SELECTION OF PRODUCTS Lion has by far, the most comprehensive choice of frames in stock & it is rare that something is not in stock. Their selection of tools, equipment, glass & mountboard, backing board etc has everything you will ever need to finish any job. DELIVERY We are based on the Isle of Man & our deliveries usually only take a couple of days to arrive. This is great service. CONCLUSION We have heard some people say that Lion can be a little expensive. We disagree strongly, you may pay another supplier a few pence or a couple of quid less on some products. However, If you are a small or large company you wish to run a premium business & want quality, great customer & technical support, a huge selection of products & reliable delivery. “I have to say your service exceeded all expectations. First a call to say a moulding was out of stock and then to tell me the rest of the order would be delivered in the morning...and it was. Most impressive was the speed at which you sent a large quantity of chevrons and at such a very reasonable price of just 50pence each...other suppliers should take a leaf out of Lions book. Thank you so much for such excellent service,much appreciated.”
