“Really appreciated what seemed like the genuine desire to help and that made me feel important as a customer. Also I wasn't rushed through my telephone order which makes a nice change. Very good customer service from Tracey. Thank you!”

“My mountboard order was insufficiently packaged, not even sealed fully all around the edge of the packaging, and the package was not strengthened in any way to prevent it being bent in transit. The delivery was not helped by being directed to the wrong city, so when it arrived three days later the mountboard was dirty and soggy along one edge and had a significant bend across the middle. It is now getting desperately late to get replacement for the intended exhibition.”

“As a new business, working from home, I have found Lion most helpful in supplying me with moulding chevrons, so that I can order chop service. Also found them very polite with a ' wanting to please the customer' attitude.”
