“Your very impressive service delivered my order exactly correct in next to no time without fuss. I'm sorry the very friendly and efficient outlet near Heathrow is no longer but it does not seem to have affected the quality of service overall.”

“I used to like the 'old' Lion with the opportunity to browse mouldings serendipitously. . I guess H & S probably curtailed this feature of the experience... I'm a 'creative' framer, often trying out new solutions and picking up on trends from our American cousins, most recently using slips to reveal the artwork as a distinct 'border' to the frame. I've noted that one of your most popular lines 'Bianco' has been dropped. I'll have to go elsewhere to find it I guess?”

“The company offer a vast range of mouldings, mount board and sundries. The staff are very helpful and polite. The company will always try and accommodate your needs. Some nice chocolate biscuits would be nice next to the drinks machine.”
