“Well priced supplies and good selection. The canvas stretchers I bought were packaged well and good quality + value for money. The delivery cost was fair too (£9.50) and the items came in 2 days, which was faster than any other site I had checked. Will definitely use Lion again.”

“The website is simple to use and clearly laid out. Ordering from the chop service was very easy and the quality of product very good. I phoned to make an amendment to the order and the call was handled helpfully and efficiently. The order arrived next day which was great service during a time of Covid19. Unfortunately a part was faulty on the Logan Frame Joiner that I purchased at the same time. When I phoned to report the problem, the member of staff who answered the phone was very helpful, picking up both the product and operating instructions of the machine so she understood exactly the problem and a replacement part (the size of 10p piece) was couriered to me the next day! Will (in customer support) was helpful throughout this process which involved two phone discussions about replacing the faulty part.”
