“Ordered some frame using the Chop service. The order came very quickly, well packaged and the frame is excellent. Just one very minor complaint, the 2 Lion catalogues and a very small pack of picture bumpers were sent in one box and the frames were sent in a separate box, costing someone (?) two lots of postage.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your valuable feedback. To speed up the despatch process orders are processed in several departments simultaneously. The packaging used for each department varies as the packaging for chop kits would not always be suitable for hardware and vice versa. Postage – We have negotiated a rate with our carriers whereby parcels being delivered to the same address on the same day are consolidated based on weight.
