There customer service is nonexistent
There is no corporate structure, no registration with FCA ( they quote London address) but the website is hosted in Eastern Europe
I got trapped by following a Facebook post where Elon musk was touting his QI trading platform which is a scam”

it is a very sophisticated scam with what looks like a live trading platform, but it is slightly out of sync and not actually real. the only way it seems to get money out is if you have been asked to review or are being encouraged to put more money in. Everything in the above review I have found to be true and my money has now been lost.
