“I created a logo and it was working great and so I paid for the subscription and now I cannot do anything. When I go to edit my logo the page is just blank squares. I have shut it down and opened it back up, tried later on etc... so frustrating and now I am out money and have to find a new site.”

I lack some features like beating able to move a certain part of the logo (eg. slogan) to a desired position, and being able to freely choose colors of each part of the logo. It would be helpful for me to have an option of downloading the finished file in a .lbl format. Apart from these missing features I really like working with logo.com and I consider it the best logo generator available online for free.”
“After I worked and picked my logo and modify to my liking, I couldn't see download or have access to it. So it is not free. However you can't just purchase the logo, you have to buy a full packge of things I don't want or need at this time. Wish I knew this before I waisted my time with the logo.”
