“ I returned the item I'd ordered and was told I'd receive a refund. ”

“ Item never arrived, they stated that a refund was issued, never got it. I am fighting with them to get my money back. I have now involved my bank and Resolver to escalate my case. Disgusting customer service. PLEASE AVOID. Money is tight for everyone with the cost of living crisis, do not chance your hard earned cash with this company, don't learn the hard way like I have. ”
