“I spent ages looking for a screen replacement service but was worried about getting a dodgy repair. Very glad to have found lovefone, they were extremely helpful and it was easy to book an appt online. My iPhone screen was smashed but they managed to replace it in 20 minutes. Its working great, and you get a year's warranty as well :)”

“I'm studying abroad in London and was so upset when my phone shattered. I'm new to the area and had no idea where to go. I stumbled upon Lovefone on my way home and they made it look brand new in FIVE MINUTES! I couldn't believe it. Absolute fastest screen repair store ever. The staff was friendly and welcoming too - they even gave me a student discount :)”

“I cracked my work phone screen on Monday morning, I literally cannot work without my Iphone 5s and I had to get it fixed asap. I work round the corner from Lovefone and I was greeted with great customer service and a large smile. I handed my phone in and within 10 minutes had the screen replaced. I was extremely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend using them if you can. James Cree”

“I never had my iPhone screen fixed before so did not know what to expect and I was a bit apprehensive. I was extremely happy with the efficiency, speed and service and the iPhone looks like new once my shattered screen was replaced. I am very pleased with the end result.”

“Excellent service. Made an enquiry at 10am. Ipad was collected by 12pm, screen replaced and returned by 6pm. Reasonably priced courier was arranged by Lovefone too. A fantastic experience; have been raving about it since.”

“Excellent customer service. I booked an appointment 10mn before walking in the store and they took my phone directly. It only took them 15mn to do the screen replacement, which was of really good quality. I have had my screen replaced before in a non-Apple store and it was terrible. But their work was really good and very rapid. Plus the music played in the store is really good. Would definitely recommend.”
