“Very quick and efficient service. It took only 20 minutes to get a microphone replacement on an iPhone 7, and the phone now works perfectly again. Good value compared to other repair shop quotes too.”

“Visited to get screen replaced, which was nice and speedy. Paid for Premium screen but found that the colours were more washed out than the original screen. Went back to get it done again and had the same problem, which was pretty disappointing. Another customer came in with the same issue while I was there. Obviously something wrong in the supply chain somewhere, disappointing that customers aren’t taken care of and not warned about the serious issue. No refund or money off was given other than £5 returning customer discount. Credit to the technicians though, service was really fast.”

“My iPhone 6s mute button stopped working which was really annoying for meetings/concerts etc. and Apple quoted £350 to mend it......whereas LoveFone did it for £44!!!! Amazing service. I used the phonebox location in Holborn which was incredibly convenient too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“A rating of ‘very good’ doesn’t do the service here justice. I’ve never come across such good service in the UK in my entire life! I brought in my son’s very cracked iPhone yesterday - we were late so went in thinking that we might be told it was too late to get a repair done. We also half expected to be told the phone was beyond repair. To our amazement we were told to come back at 5.10 and the phone would be ready - this was incredible as the place closed at 5. The phone came back to us looking brand new. Not only that, my son had said the phone glitched - that was repaired too. Finally - as if that wasn’t enough - we were given a screen protector for free. I’ve already told the friends/family i’ve met so far about how amazing Lovefone is. I can recommend it 100%!”
