“Swift customer service/communication preceding the appointment. Very friendly staff at the shop (despite the pressure of other customer's questions and interruptions). Slight delay on the job (45min instead of 30min). Neat work; happy to have my phone working again!”

“What an excellent concept of providing these services from a Red telephone booth (Holborn). Your chap Fouad was great, very knowledgeable and friendly, and provided a very prompt and quality service. No hesitation in recommending him and your company to anyone. Why pay those extortionate screen replacement prices by Apple Samsung etc. Its a no brainer! Thank you Fouad.”

“iPhone screen replacement - Poor quality replacement screen with poor quality color resolution. When I queried this at the time of repair I was told “this is not the Apple store” .Lovefone advertises high quality replacement items and is only £40 cheaper than an genuine Apple repair so I would expect better. To top it off the replacement screen has since cracked again from being in my handbag.”

“•Reasonable repair waiting time for the repair demanded • Service was great and I like that there is lifetime warranty •would recommend to others. I just hope I don’t accidentally smash my phone again lol It’s nice to see a full screen again instead of seeing cracks. Screen touch sensitive works fine and he offers lifetime warranty to replace the screen if any future defects are a result of the screen change. Work done: iPhone 6 screen replacement”
