“excellent service, audiop chip in my phone was bust, told me 4/5 days til got i back. Had it back within 3 working days. and they have also replaced the cracked screen protector i had on it with a new one without me asking (nice touch that). I've used them a few times over last few years and can happily reccomend.”

“I cannot recommend the red phone box repairs on Southampton Row Holborn highly enough. This is the second time I have been to the wonderful guy who sits in there mending phones! he did a cracked screen for my Iphone about 6 months ago and then my headphone jack broke in my phone a few days ago. He ordered a special tool over the Bank holiday weekend and he fixed it today. its as good a new!!! Thank you! I will never go anywhere else for my phone repairs.”

“We struggled to find the shop, it is off Tottenham Court road and so easy to find if you don't over complicate it like us. The service was very efficient and within half an hour my phone was back with me. I am happy with the price and outcome”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. First class service and communication through the entire process. I dropped my iPhone 7 plus and the screen shattered. The Apple repair was just too expensive so I went looking for an alternative. There are scores of repair shops out there but they use lower quality screens which invariably give problems. Lovefone uses higher quality screens and offers a choice. I was working abroad at the time and had to post my mobile from central Europe. They kept me across the repair at all stages and promptly returned the phone in a few days. I am almost certain they also repaired a slight blemish on the case without me asking. Overall, use these guys. Recommended.”

“The technician stayed 1.5 hours over closing time to ensure my phone was perfectly fixed (it took three screen replacements!) he even delivered the working phone to a nearby restaurant as we weren’t prepared to wait over an hour. Excellent customer service and very happy with the screen and battery replacements.”

“I initially tried to make an appointment to repair an iPad 2 at Holborn. It seems that iPads are only repaired at their other location. That was a minor hassle and the iPad was duly delivered. Repair took considerably less time than predicted and I was phoned when it was ready. I am very happy with the result.”

“First visit. Very good website, clear prices and easy booking. Friendly, professional attitude. Understood the unusual problem with my phone, fixed it in 30 minutes and on my way. Fair price for the work done and speed of fix. Couldn't have asked for more, and I won't waste time fixing my phones myself in the future. Definitely will come back here again.”
