“I live in Yorkshire, so when l was travelling to London, I booked in with lovephone for a repair, they gave me a time slot. On arrival they dealt with me very professional, phone was repaired within an hour”

“Booked an appointment for a new iPhone battery. Was seen on time and out in no time. And it is significantly cheaper than Apple. I had an issue with my phone - but don't let that put you off. I got to test the 'no quibble' guarantee and Lovefone dealt with it, no problem. No hesitation at all recommending them.”

“A quick efficient repair and a sensible price. A clear well written website with an efficient automated appointment system with email confirmation, directions to store and SMS reminder. All from a proper bricks and mortar establishment that should still be there should you need to return for them to honour the lifetime warranty on the repair.”
