“I found the price of repair to be quite high, but I had great service through and through. From the moment I booked to the moment I got my phone back. My Pixel XL phone's screen got smashed, they took the time to call me to confirm my booking, then to confirm they got the parts and then they replaced the screen in less than 45 mns! Also the fact that the shop is next to Tottenham Ct Rd is very handy. Smiley staff and they took care of everything. I felt relieved as soon as I handed them my phone to get fixed :)”

“After bringing my phone in for a screen replacement I immediately noticed my battery draining much faster (the battery was only 2 months old and was replaced by Apple). The next day one of the screws just fell out at my desk at work. After bringing it back another 2 times I was told it was a software issue despite the fact the battery issue corresponded exactly to the screen change... I now have to charge several times a day, one might conjecture that the new screen is of inferior quality or the battery was damaged during the ‘repair’. Either way I’ve just swapped one issue for another.”

“Walked in at 9.45 with a smashed screen on iPhone. Walked out at 10.15 with new screen and screen protector, good as new. In the thirty minutes grabbed a coffee and bacon roll and felt lost, naked and liberated with no screen!”

“I paid extra for a personal courier service- yet the courier that came to collect my phone Akos Kis- was rude, dismissive and highly unprofessional towards all staff, loading bay and myself. He went to the back of the building, even though I was meeting him at the front. Then refused to come into the building to collect the phone. Even after reception calmly agreed for him to come up and collect the phone, his behaviour was atrocious. He was threatening towards staff and has since been banned from our building. He has further taken a pass from loading bay and not returned it. I will not be using this service again. The courier who dropped off my phone was perfect, yet too much trouble has been caused and reputation ruined from that courier.”

“After running around London on a Sunday and being told the fix wasn't possible in under 3 days, Lovefone fixed my phone screen in less than an hour and made it seem effortless. They also beat the other quotes! Would highly recommend.”
