“Had a broken iPhone screen, was repaired very quickly. Unfortunately there was an issue with responsiveness on the replacement screen but Lovefone replaced this again promptly under their warranty with no quibbles. All in all was a professional and convenient service and I would highly recommend them.”

“I turned up on Sunday 3pm (no appointment) to have my iphone cover replaced. They were able to do it 10mins at a very reasonable cost. I thought I would have to leave it overnight. Cheaper to go there directly than have it picked up or delivered although for some people its worth it. I well recommend them. Try calling ahead to make sure someone who can do the work is in if you need the work done straight away.”

“Quick and professional service. It took them just 10' to replace my iphone6 battery. Warranty is included and it covers you for 12 months, therefore if your device keeps experiencing issue they will refund you. Strongly recommended!”

“Booking in my repair was very easy to do as I could do it online on the website. The repair was ready within the stated time and an excellent job was done. With the discount offer it was a very competitive price so I would definitely recommend Lovefone for screen repairs. I have had my fingers burnt at High Street phone repair shops in the past, but this seems like a well run professional business.”

“My poor Nexus 5 was in a very sorry state and the constant bashing of the non-responsive keys on my replacement plastic phone was causing my stress levels to soar. My only wish is that I'd known about Lovefone sooner. I had been putting it off for weeks as was expecting to have to pay an exorbitant amount to have the screen replaced or wait forever for the insurance claim to offer a new phone - which I didn't want! I love my Nexus :) One visit to the website, an hour long appointment booked in store for the next evening after work was told it would be ready in half an hour. I do like a good under-promise and over-delivery scenario. Phone is like new and I am infinitely calmer. (and happier!)”
