“Was recommended Lovefone by a couple of people and wasn't disappointed! Alex was very accommodating and quick to respond to emailed questions. And my iPhone 6S is as good as new! Thanks again Alex!”

“I had managed to drop my iPhone 6s a couple of weeks ago and was going to have to pay a large excess on my insurance to get this fixed and be without my phone for a couple of days. I was told about lovefone by a family member and could not recommend it enough. My phone was all fixed within half an hour and comes with a year guarantee! I would highly recommend getting your phone fixed here, everyone was very polite and friendly. My screen looks great.”

“Excellent service, technician arrived at my office in central London within 30 minutes of my request, called me upon arrival so I could meet them. Repaired the device within 20 minutes in my office while I waited. Returned within 20 minutes to fix a slight glitch I had (through no fault of the repair). Emailed me an invoice to pay which I preferred to cash payments. Very professional and efficient service and I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and colleagues.”

“Here's the condensed version.. Cracked my phone while making pancakes Took it to local high street for new screen - V poor quality screen - transparent, made the phone really hot.. Gutted. Found lovefone online seemed to good to be true. Handed my phone to a stranger at the door Worried for 3 hours Phone came back as good as new with the best screen it's ever had. Happy as Laz The courier was well priced and I cannot fault the service.. Easy team to talk to and for busy people or parents that can't trapse across town this is a life saver! THANK YOU LOVEFONE”

“Made a booking online for my iPhone 6 screen to be replaced. Turned up at the appointed time and waited only 20 minutes - excellent service. The phone looks brand new, as if I never dropped it! :) It was also the cheapest price I could find in the city for screen replacement. Highly recommended.”

“I had a really positive experience using Lovefone. Walked in with a Nexus power button issue and got booked in speedily. The shop had a clean & welcoming atmosphere and I had every confidence that my phone was in good hands. Couple of hours later my working phone arrived safely at my office. When something happens to your phone & you don't have access to everything we take for granted like maps, contacts and the internet it's actually quite a stressful experience. Lovefone took that away for me and did a great job. Will happily recommend them.”

“I had an iPhone 6, Apple had said it could not be repaired - lovefone diagnosed the phone free of charge but couldn't fix it, they don't replace ic chips. However their diagnosis meant I then found a repair shop who could replace IC chips, and it cost a fraction of the cost of a new phone !”
