“Have to say i sent the phone Spec Del on Tuesday 9am. Back to me deld on Thursday 10.15. Excellent service. Thought UPS was to del as tracking number given, but deld Royal Mail. That was a bit strange but very good service.”

“What I like is that Lovefone is honest with the customers by giving them a choice to choose what is best for them. I used the service in Fitzrovia, and the staff is professional and friendly as well. It does not take much time for Lovefone to change my broken screen to a complete looking-like new phone.”

“My phone screen stopped working after having it fixed by Lovefone almost a year ago, i didn’t have to pay for it to be fixed this time because of the lifetime warranty that Lovefone provide. it was really easy to book the appointment, I arrived early and they took my phone straight away. The phone was ready within half an hour and they apologised for the inconvenience caused! Overall great experience, great customer service and I’m super happy with my phone.”

“The screen on my iPhone 5s had popped up due to a swollen battery. I took it to the phonebox Lovefone. It was fixed within 20 minutes for s bet fair price. I am very pleased.”
