“I can not praise the service enough. I was told by Apple I would need to get a new phone as my gps and bluetooth were not working. Lovefone charged me £44 to replace the antenna. For that, they picked up my phone from my office in London and returned it to me to my office within 3.5 hours. Absolutely amazing. The lady who was helping me on the phone was also very friendly and professional. Will be telling everyone and definitely using again should the need arise.”

“My second visit to Love Fone. Apple store wouldn’t replace my failing battery due to the liquid indicator showing, telling me my only option was to buy a new phone. Love Fone were happy to do the battery replacement. Replaced in less than 15 mins and reasonably priced.”

“My iphone stopped charging and eventually ran out of battery completely and it wouldn't turn on at all. I went to the nearest apple store and they said that there was nothing they can do and then they tried to sell me a new phone instead. I was really upset because I thought I had lost all my photos. I went to Lovefone and they replaced my charging port and battery within half an hour and my phone was completley fixed. I would definitley recommend Lovefone to anyone, especially anyone who has an issue with an iphone. The employees are really helpful and the services aren't too expensive either.”

“It was really easy to make an appointment. They man who fixed my phone was very friendly and it only took 15 minutes which was great. Good priced and the work was perfect, I no longer have a broken screen!”
