“This was my first time dealing with Lovefone. I had found them via the internet after doing some research into companies that could fix the charging port of my iPhone. They had existing reviews that showed other to be very satisfied with their service - I was not disappointed. My phone was collected by courier as I am in the London area; this was simple and arranged for me with help from Lovefone. I could track the couriers progress and had a good understanding of when it was being collected and dropped off. LoveFone were very helpful and guided me throughout. I would certainly say that their customer service is impeccable. The iPhone was fixed in no time and returned to me. A plus point was the very reasonable cost for this also. Would highly recommend this company and would use again!”

“Made a 10am appointment on Saturday at the Tottenham street store, had an issue with my iPhone (screen broke and not it wasn't turning on) explained to the very friendly chap (think he's name was Fouad) within 15 minutes he had the screen replaced and the phone was charging... quite a relief tbh... first class service, highly reccommed, would definetly use again... thumbs up from me.”

“The two people who served me were extremely nice, they went out of their way to get me my phone back in less then half hour as I had to go back to work. Top service! The new battery (iPhone 5) works well. Cheaper than getting it done at the Apple Store and much more fast (about 2h wait at the Apple Store).”

“This was my 3rd visit to Lovefone - all for different reasons and they never fail to make me smile! Friendly fast service for a new battery for my iPhone SE which for £39 I think is reasonable and they replaced my tatty old screen protector for free! 10/10! Highly recommend these guys 🤗”

“Very quick and friendly. I took my iPhone 6s in for a cracked screen and was out in 15minutes. I would have given 5 stars if not for the front camera which is blurry. I thought it was the screen protector so it took it off but was the same.”

“Got my IPhone SE screen replaced by Fouad at the telephone box in Holborn, what a fantastic service. Arrived 45 mins before my appointment, Fouad greeted me and introduced himself and confirmed what work was required and the cost. Work was completed and phone returned to me in less than 20 minutes, barely had time to drink my coffee in the coffee shop overlooking the phone box. 100% recommend this service.”

“What an amazing service, super friendly. Fixed in under 10 minutes in a phone box..... right opposite a coffee shop. How less stressful could this be. So much better than getting it repaired in a normal phone shop. Even gave me 50% off a battery!”
