“My appointment was booked for 1pm , i arrived early and the technician had no problem to repair my phone early! Infact the phone was ready to collect at 1pm ! Well done Lovefone a very polite and professional service”

“I purchased a refurbished phone and after 8 months the battery was no longer holding a good charge. As it was within the 12 months warranty for the 'Pristine' phone, Lovefone made me an appointment and swapped the battery for a new one at no charge - great customer service and a quick turnaround!”

“Second phone repaired by them. We suspected a digitiser fault but was told if this didn’t fix the issue to come back for a refund. They stayed to their word and advised it was probably the motherboard. Yusuf really knows his phones. Thank you.”

“Unbelievable service, I live in Cardiff and found Lovefone on line. I contacted them on the 5th March, & spoke with a member of the team regarding the problem (antenna)with my I phone 6. I forwarded my phone the following morning & on the 7th March my mobile was safely delivered through my door. Mobile phone was fixed with the cost being £44.00 as stipulated by Lovefone. Amazing service that I honestly thought did not exist any longer. Thank you so much. Barrie”
