“Andrei fitted a new iPhone 6s battery for me, but it would not charge via the mains plug, only via the computer. Went in next day and after investigation the fault found was the battery. Now charging perfectly with a replacement battery. And a pleasant experience overall and a good atmosphere in the shop with 2 leather looking modern Eames style chairs to sit on.”

“Swift and very reasonably priced. None of that “we’ll have to send it off” BS. The same fix others were quoting x3 over and the job was done within minutes. Now my go to, no more back ally Jobbie. Big elbow or fist touch for that and a great thank you.”

“Booked in to get a battery replacement for my iPhone 8 on 25 May. The battery replacement was good. However, when my phone was returned I noticed there was LCD damage on the screen of my phone. I returned immediately to report the issue however they said my screen was already damaged before I gave them my phone. They eventually agreed that they caused the damage to the phone and would replace the screen. After using my phone for the day, I began to notice the max screen brightness is not as bright as before, the colours are not as vibrant as before and is "washed out", the true tone setting is now gone and the screen is responsiveness/sensitivity is poor. It's very clear the replacement screen was very cheap and they rushed to fix my screen as they were the ones that damaged it. All this could have been avoid had they not damaged my screen when replacing the battery.”

“Fantastic service. No sooner had I sent off my phone and there was an email letting me know that it had been repaired and was on its way back to me. Next morning, phone back home and all working as it used to. Would use again and recommend Lovefone to anyone with phone problems. First class service. Many thanks.”
