“If you care for your phone and want a replacement of the same quality do not go here! I took my iPhone 6s into them to get the screen replaced, at no time prior did they say they didn't have the exact same screen even when I specifically inquired. They only have cheap replacement screens with no beveled edge, so now my phone screen sticks out 4mm. I complained at the time and they offered to put my old screen back on but now they have voided my warranty with apple and I'm stuck with a dodgy screen. They even mucked up the camera on my phone when fixing the screen. This service cost more than going to apple and getting it done by them with the correct screen. I would avoid at all cost.”

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the issue you've had with your phone. With respect to the parts we use I can categorically state that we do not use cheap components. We purchase the highest quality parts from a trusted network of suppliers we have been working with for over 6 years and 50 000 repairs. If an issue arises with a customer (approximately 1-2% of repairs) we will sort this under our lifetime warranty. “had my iphone screen damaged very badly, asked around for few advices and the prices and time needed to repair were insanely high and long, a friend of mine gave me lovefone contact. outstanding service. came in at 9.00 am , waited 15 mins and got my phone back repaired and fully working for a reasonable and deserved price. amazing!!!”

“Just before going away on holiday I cracked my phone screen and only had a couple of hours free to sort it out. I discovered lovefone online and they told me they could fix it in about 20 minutes. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. They even found a case for my phone that fit better with my screen cover. I would highly recommend them as a stress free solution to any phone emergency!”

“Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and the very nice website. My only complaint was (using the courier service) that I did not receive the email with instructions to remove the SIM and back up the phone etc until AFTER the courier had been to get it!”

“Excellent service, speedy and on time. Took my iPad mini in for a new screen. They said 2-3 hrs and was ready in 3. Also got my iPhone fixed with a new battery at the same time. A really speedy service, and great that they were reliable. Slightly cheaper service than some others but they had the parts and delivered a great repair. Would thoroughly recommend.”
