“Amazing service however I replaced my screen less than a month ago and noticed 3 white dots when I opened an app that has a black background which I’m not happy about and googled it to see what the cause of it is and people mentioned it only happens when a second hand screen has been replaced. As it was a 6s screen that was replaced I feel annoyed and disappointed that I spent £90 to have this result, I should have just went to Apple.”

“Highly recommended Lovefone fixed two iPhone 5 problems within half an hour - replacement battery and new screen. Quotes for the screen from rivals were much higher and the time for the replacement four hours. They are fun friendly people and one felt confident leaving the essential gadget in their hands - the Tottenham Street branch has the excellent 'Shoops' soup restaurant almost next door. A bowl of goulash later and your phone is fixed.”

“Easy to book. Very good guy at the phone box in Holborn who quickly did my battery replacement in about 10 mins while we had a chat. Good price considering how quick and easy it was to get done compared to sending my phone off for a week to Apple. Hope to see more of these great little repair and replacement phone stores around London. Need one in the city area.”

“Lovefone's high quality battery fixed my iPhone 6s. Lovefone was the second non Apple place I used for a new battery. I came to them after giving up on a street boutique in Tottenham Court Road. The street boutique had installed not one but several hopeless batteries that all drained much too fast and caused my iphone to crash multiple times a day. So...I found Lovefone expert and professional.”
