“They changed the battery in my iphone 5s, it only took 20 minutes and cost £39. They were polite and friendly. I’m a very pleased customer.”

“Lovely staff, and quick service. Got a front camera replacement which was supposed to take 30-45 but was done in 10! Would recommend as their services come with warranty! (excluding battery replacements and such, check the website or give a call)”

“I was desperately checking the internet for ideas on how to get the battery in my iPhone5s replaced reliably when I came upon Lovefone – and read a review of a family who travel to London to get their phones fixed there. Then I saw mention of the Red Phone Box in Holborn and I was ‘hooked’ and booked in my phone with no concept of how wonderful the service would be! Fouad the Magician in The Red Box is not only passionate about his job, he is very courteous to everyone and kept working on my phone until a couple of batteries later he got it to start charging again. Luckily there are nice coffee places nearby in which to pass the time and keep warm. I paid by card and came away with a receipt and warranty too. SusanS”

“My iPhone 7 wouldn't charge. It has been broken for 5 months, found lovefone and sent it off for lightning port repair, sent Tuesday returned Thursday to my surprise, fully working with 100% battery. Not only have the fixed my phone but fully charged it for me. Will recommend this amazing company to everyone. Thank you lovefone!! They really do love your phone!”

“Brilliant as always. This is where iPhones are saved by the friendly dedicated staff at Lovefone. If one has to wait a while, there's just enough time to have a bowl of soup in a nearby cafe.”

“smashed my phone and rather than wait until it got unbearable like i usually do i decided to see if there were any shops around that could fix it. was definitely expecting to pay £70 + but at Lovefone I only paid 49 and then got a screen protector (to save my future stupid self) for only a tenner AND it was done in less than half an hour. thanks guys”

“Dome time ago I took my iPhone 5S to have its non-working camera replaced and they were honest enough to tell me that it had just become disconnected (most likely after a fall). Went back again the other day to have a new battery fitted - it was depleted. Friendly, quick service. I am happy to recommend them.”

“I've used the Tottenham Street branch for several screen repairs and a battery replacement. They are always professional, do quality work and give intelligent, helpful advice. On the one occasion that I needed after-sales service it was done exactly right. Needless to say I'm a loyal customer.”
