“Great service. I ordered a 3.2mm Figaro chain which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a little flaw in it which probably happened in transit. I got in touch with seller & the lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful & said that she would post another chain out to me & would enclose an envelope for me to return the original. I received the new one the very next day & I'm delighted with it - lovely chain at a great price. Would definitely use this company again & thoroughly recommend them.”
