            If I could have left a zero star review I would have. The returns policy is appalling. Received an email saying my return had been received on 24/1 and I would be refunded in 14 days. Instead I have had no refund and they have continued to take my ClearPay payments. Also beware if you return items as they take the £3.95 return cost from the cost of your order. Avoid at all costs. !!

            Terrible customer service. Don't purchase from them. They add stipulations on returns after the fact. Dishonest and a terrible company to do business with.  My order was over $1000 and they dishonestly kept $300 upon return of my items even through this was their mistake.

            Bought ‘leggings’ for my wife - very disappointed to receive ‘tights’.  Returned Two out of three immediately  - returns of open packets not accepted - still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later.  Spoilt fun of gift and searingly out of pocket.

            A box was torn and crumpled in the centre of all other eight items perfectly packed on arrival. On opening the crumpled box, the item within had a minute hole in it.  I felt uneasy that a sub-quality product was concealed amongst other well presented items. This is particularly concerning as the company’s policy is only to accept returns in perfect package order. I am pleased to say that the company replaced the item.

            Unfortunately I didn't like the sheen on one pair of hold ups and as I'd read that returns would be refunded or exchanged I started packaging them to return, then saw the note on the returns form that hosiery could not be returned if the packaging had been opened.
