I encountered an issue with the candle I received - Customer service replaced it straight away and sent a little etra suprise they were responsive, and caring.I n a time of sadness this Customer Service really stuck with me. So when it was time to send a gift, I specifically came to LVLY after expereincing incredible customer service over 2 years ago. Customer service these days is lacking - when you expereince a company going above and beyond, I want to reward them by becoming a paying customer.
